Circular Recovery of Coating-Related Materials

NASOTIC develops recovery routes for potentially reusable materials from paint and coatings operations.

What are the Potential Materials?

Material streams may include:

  • Off-spec or unused paints and coatings
  • Wash solvents and wash water
  • Raw materials and components
  • Intermediates and production residues
  • Other coating-related materials

Each stream is evaluated individually. Its composition, condition, volume, location, regulatory status, and intended next use determine whether a recovery route is technically and commercially viable.

From Material Stream to Defined Reuse

NASOTIC connects material owners with suitable processing and application partners.

Depending on the material, the recovery route may include segregation, consolidation, solvent recovery, reprocessing, reformulation, or direct reuse in a defined application.

Recovery decisions are made only after technical and regulatory qualification.

NASOTIC’s Role

NASOTIC supports:

  • Initial material and application assessment
  • Identification of processing and reuse opportunities
  • Coordination with qualified partners
  • Development of commercially viable applications
  • Technical and commercial project coordination

Do You Have a Material Stream Worth Evaluating?

Send us the material type, approximate composition, available SDS or technical data, volume, condition, and location.

We will assess whether a suitable recovery route may exist.
